The CORE group is a network of individuals and organizations working together to increase awareness and understanding about the natural, historical, and cultural resources of the Flathead region.  Flathead CD participates in CORE. See the new website at www.flatheadcore.org

The goals are:

1. to serve as a communication network between resource educators and the community;
2. to raise awareness about natural, historical, and cultural resources and their interrelationships;
3. to provide practical tools, training, and materials for educators in the Flathead Region; 
4. to be open to all resource educators and professionals to promote a diversity of ideas and cooperation, and;
5. to promote knowing more about the place we live.
