310 Stream Permit meetings are held the second Monday of every month at the Conservation District office conference room. Project applications must be submitted at least one week prior to the meeting to be on the agenda. The meeting agenda is publicized only after it is finalized, usually on the Friday before the meeting. The minutes are
published after they have been approved by the Board.
Conservation District business meetings are held the fourth Monday of every month at the Conservation District office. This extra monthly meeting allows the Board to address items/issues that are not specific to administration of the Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act (310 permit). The agenda is
most often published the Friday before the meeting. The minutes are
published after they have been approved by the Board.
